At the end of the first floor landing is access to the second floor, which is an extremely large space, fully carpeted, the ceilings are close boarded in hardwood. There is a large bar area and the rest of the space is being used as a playroom. There is access from here to an attic bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room. A part of the attic houses the gas boiler serving two cylinders pressurized system allowing ample hot water throughout the house.
All of the rooms on the first floor have a security system fitted, which allows all the lights to be switched on around the whole outside of the house. There is also an intercom system on this floor that allows you to open the main front gates. A large safe in the house is to be left.
